Yes. We fly only in safe weather and where FAA airspace rules allow, so drone shots may be rescheduled for high wind, rain or snow. Some areas near airports, like parts of Broomfield and Denver, need FAA authorization or can't be flown. If we can't fly, we'll let you know before the shoot.

Yes. Your photos, videos and reels can be used on the MLS, Zillow, your website, print flyers and social media to market the listing. Photos can't be resold or handed to other agents to use.

Book online at least 24 hours ahead, on weekdays from 11 am until an hour before sunset. For same-day or weekend shoots, call or text. Rescheduling is free; canceling less than 12 hours before a shoot has a $25 fee.

Yes. In the United States, flying a drone for commercial work, including real estate marketing, requires an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, and flights in controlled airspace need FAA authorization. Ask any photographer for proof of their certificate before you book.
