How much does real estate photography cost?
Packages start at $129 for 5 HDR photos with free drone. Our most booked package, Ruby, is $209 for 25 photos. Sapphire adds a floor plan for $264, Platinum adds a 1-minute video and 3 virtual twilights for $549, and Diamond includes everything for $699. There's no travel fee within a 2-hour drive of Longmont.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fee within a 2-hour drive of Longmont. That covers the Front Range from Fort Collins and Greeley down through Denver to Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
Can I get same-day delivery of photos or videos?
Yes. Same-day photo delivery is a $20 add-on, and there is a 5-hour rush option for listings that need to go live fast. Choose your turnaround when you book.
When can I book, and what if I need to cancel?
Book online at least 24 hours ahead, on weekdays from 11 am until an hour before sunset. For same-day or weekend shoots, call or text. Rescheduling is free; canceling less than 12 hours before a shoot has a $25 fee.
